		<description>Here, Here. I still don&#039;t get the focus on the brand proposition over the product/service proposition. Obviously, communication and building of the brand has massive implications on the bottom line. It is also perhaps cheaper to spend millions on making something look good rather than actually making it good. However, the cynical (and customer)part of me thinks its just plain laziness.
